In such cases, the feasibility and time for replacement will be discussed case by case.For replacements, refunds, or credits, contact our customer care team via call/email. If a replacement is desired, ship the items back in the original packaging. Upon passing quality checks, the original order will be shipped at no charge. Initial shipping costs for incorrectly shipped items will be refunded upon passing our checks.
