Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges under the following circumstances:

• Damaged items delivered.
• Delivery of incorrect items as per the order.

For damaged items:

If your package appears damaged, report it within 24 hours of receipt. Make a note of the damage on the courier’s airway bill, and notify Craftodii Hastakala with details and images. We will discuss a replacement. Ship the product back in the original packaging; upon receipt, a replacement will be shipped at no charge. Initial shipping costs will be borne by you, refunded upon confirmation of transit damage.

For wrong items delivered:

Inform us within 24 hours of receipt, providing order details and images. We will discuss a replacement, refund, or credit. Ship the item back in the original packaging; upon receipt, the originally ordered item will be shipped at no charge. Initial shipping costs for wrongly shipped items will be borne by you, refunded upon confirmation of good condition.
